This Privacy Policy explains how Mind Vision Software Solutions("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use SocialShoppee(the "Platform"). We respect your privacy and follow a data-minimisation approach — we only collect what we need to run the service.

1. Information we collect

• Account data — your email address and, for creators, your handle, display name, bio and the affiliate IDs you choose to add.
• Content — the deals and articles you publish.
• Usage & analytics — pages viewed, clicks on deal links, and general device/browser information, collected via cookies and analytics tools.
• Payment data — if you buy a paid service, our payment processor handles the transaction. We receive confirmation and a reference, but never store your full card details.

2. How we use your information

• To operate the Platform, publish your content and show creators their analytics.
• To process paid services and prevent abuse (AI-usage limits, spam and duplicate checks).
• To communicate important service updates and respond to your requests.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share limited data with trusted service providers strictly to run the Platform:

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
• Razorpay — payment processing for paid services.
• Google — analytics and advertising (e.g. Google Analytics, AdSense).
• Vercel — website hosting.

Outbound links take you to third-party marketplaces governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies for sign-in sessions and analytics. You can control or clear cookies via your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

5. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your account information, or request a copy or deletion of your data, by emailing us. We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days.

7. Children

The Platform is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice (at least 14 days) before they take effect.
