Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the optional paid services offered to creators on SocialShoppee — currently the Pro subscription and Featured placement. It does not apply to purchases you make on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), which are governed by those marketplaces' own policies.
Digital services
Pro and Featured placement are digital services that are activated immediately after successful payment. Because access begins right away, these purchases are generally non-refundable once activated.
Cancellation
- Pro: a one-time purchase that provides access for the stated period (e.g. 30 days). It does not auto-renew; simply let it lapse or purchase again to continue. You may stop using the service at any time, but the remaining period is not refunded.
- Featured placement: runs for the stated period (e.g. 7 days) from activation and cannot be cancelled mid-run.
When we will refund
We will issue a refund if:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate payment), or
- the paid service could not be delivered due to a technical fault on our side.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
How to request
Email support@socialshoppee.com from your account email within 7 days of the charge, including the payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
